Step into the darkness of Hilgers Haunted Nights. Start your journey in a secluded bar where you’ll sip on prohibited potions and savor decadent treats as you wander the estate’s eerie grounds. Follow your guide on an immersive, theatrical tour through the haunted halls of Hilgers House. But beware, the house is alive with secrets, and its restless, magical residents are compelled to reveal wonders not of this world. You may find yourself engulfed in Hilgers’ dark history… never to return.

What is Hilgers Haunted Nights?
Part haunted house, part ghost stories, and part magic show, Hilgers Haunted Nights is an immersive, theatrical experience that unfolds throughout the three floors of Hilgers House, home of the Austin Bar.
What is the recommended age of attendees?
While Hilgers Haunted Nights is produced for adult audiences, it is a family-friendly experience appropriate for teens.
How do timed entries work?
Hilgers Haunted Nights is experienced in groups of up to eight people. Tickets list the time you should plan to arrive to enjoy a drink on the grounds. You will be called for your tour of the house when we are ready for your group. Ticketholders are strongly encouraged to arrive at their listed time of entry.
Are stand-by tickets available?
Due to the intimate nature of the experience, stand-by tickets are not available at this time.
Is this a haunted house?
No. While the house is certainly haunted and you are likely to experience the supernatural, this is not a traditional “haunted house.”
Who does this event benefit?
Hilgers Haunted Nights benefits the Texas Magic Center and Austin Bar Foundation, both 501(c)(3) nonprofits. The mission of the Texas Magic Center is to preserve and promote the art of magic in the State of Texas. The Austin Bar Foundation supports and expands the provision of legal-related charitable and educational programs and services in Central Texas.
